Auto RPM/stress Limiter 4x (without redstone links)
by base its at 256rpm but will gradually decrease as it is overstressed
this is the 4x reduction version (from 256rpm to 64rpm)
it is suggested to use with steam engines or any high SU farms for the most efficient use
SETUP:
1. connect your SU generation to the Rotation speed controller
2. attach your machines to the output shaft located on the left side
3. thats all you need to know.
NOTE: this version doesnt has any redstone links
(no interference between multiple units)
