It is vanilla (along with the built-in create decoration blocks), and it is simply clean canvas for whatever you would like to add to it in all four of its floors. Change up the lighting, add stairwells, elevators, fluid tanks, train tracks, machinery, a functional smoke stack, whatever. I made this with create and immersive engineering in mind. And honestly, I'm surprised with how well I did with this build, considering I've never been much of a builder in the first place.
