Its very SU heavy and definitely an overkill and laggy, but I wanted it anyway.
Based on my crappy math skills I calculated that entire item vault should be filled to 100% in ~11 minutes.

In case schematics are not saving hopper contents: you need to place at least 5 blocks in one of the hoppers for the redstone clock to work.
