Description
To start it,
1. place a minecart in the cart assembler.
2. place water in the bottom funnel (water log)
3. place water in the pump (water log)
4. place lava in the basin
5. break and replace one of the observers to reset the clock
The outside glass is needed by the water logged blocks to help the water flow in the correct direction.
