THIS IS NOT A STARTER BASE BECAUSE IT USE TOO MUCH RESOURCE IF YOUR TRYING TO BUILD IT AT THE START OF YOUR GAME THEN QUIT IT AND CHOSE A SMALLER ONE BC THIS ONE ISS TOO EXPENSIVE IN RESOURCE AT THE START!!!
