Replace creative motor with source of SU (EXTREMELY END GAME, REQUIRES 668,672 SU)

Produces a minimum of 2000 diamonds per hour (havent run long enough to check for sure)

Put lava between each belt as seen in image and in the cauldron, same with the hot chocolate. As well as one block of air beneath the flowing hot chocolate.

Replace vaults if necassary

Lava cauldron can be replaced if you want to put the cinder flour to use.

(Note: This farm is very impractical with resource cost. I would highely advise against trying to build it until you're far into the end game)
