Looks Like Create, Farmer's Delight, Steam and Rails, Create Deco, Copy Cat, And Bells and Whistles... I might have Missed Some

Before you waste any energy on this design:
It's a nice design, but sadly not very practical due to the limitations of Create mod. When you assemble a train, any parts and contraptions all become merely decorative. Even if the installations were actually useful, then still you'd only be able to use it when the train is disassembled.
If you're still reading this, then also know that the steam engine in the front of the train isn't very well built and isn't self-sufficient. Severe adaptations will be needed to make it a functional steam engine.
Again, awesome design though!
