Mechanically switches from water wheel start to steam engine to keep the blazes' fed. (water wheels shut off to stop lag).

Issues:

Overproduces sugarcane/sugar.

overproduces eggs.

May overproduce cobblestone.

Had to expand the water put on the steam tanks so it looks messy.
