This is a bit of a weird one. It started out as a passenger engine, but then became a tank engine, yet it has the frontal smoke deflectors typical of fast locomotives. But it also carries no frontal or rear non-driven bogies, making it more of a typical slow freight engine. This is an engine that could be used in short ranged freight or passenger service.
