The Jackrabbit (Iron nugget farm)
The Jackrabbit was (initially) designed to be a middling-efficiency, middling-density iron nugget farm that operates at 100% stress. I originally started out trying to perfect an iron nugget farm I'd assembled in a survival world a while back that used water as a power source in addition to generating cobblestone. As I built and covered the uglier exposed machinery, I realized that the farm looked almost like an animal laying down. So I leaned into that and ended up with an unexpected gem.
