This is a netherite generator so you dont have to go mining in the nether to find it.

A few steps (as seen in the gallery) are needed to get the machine running

I made this in the Beyond Depth modpack, not sure if it's the same for others.

On the backside of the machine you will see a clutch (brown block with a red line) you connect your power source there

thanks for the answer. What type of power source woulld you suggets? And do i need to put a redstone torch , because my cluth is not turned on when i placed the structure
