If you are using Create Crafts & Additions, you may place connectors in floor spaces, for hidden wiring, and replace most of lanterns with light bulb connectors. If you want a taller house, you can copy/paste floors, but keep in mind, that water pump reach is 15 blocks only, so you should add one pump every three floors. Everything else for your investigation.
