Apartment house
Four-storey apartment house with staircase and elevator. Pre-furnished, have plumbing system (need to connect in basement). The wardrobe is empty, fill it at your desire with armor stands, chests or barrels. Same with the Elevator Pulley, they are in place, just connect it how you prefer. If you are using Create Crafts & Additions, you may place connectors in floor spaces, for hidden wiring, and replace most of lanterns with light bulb connectors. If you want a taller house, you can copy/paste floors, but keep in mind, that water pump reach is 15 blocks only, so you should add one pump every three floors. Everything else for your investigation.
