This is basically useless contraption since you can do all this manually without any trouble but I wanted to create contraption because why not do it with a press of a button. So the manual is included in the schematic on signs so read them, I will just write a summary how detaching bogey works. So basically when you are in the station and disassemble a train, then you break a rail between the bogeys you want to detach, then you assemble the train again and the part that stays in the station remains functional, then place the rail again. To connect bogeys again, just arrive to the station with the train you got, disassemble and assemble the train again with that one train track placed again.
