It only use one of the crafters at time. so if i craft 100 items of one kind it dosent split them.

Works fine on my end. Try flicking the levers back and forth. If there are only two packages at a time, it just uses one crafter. You can test if everything's working properly by turning off all the levers, waiting for a few packages to show up, then turning them back on.
