E.T. & W.N.C. 4-8-0 "Tweetsie" (0.51)
Normally "Tweetsie" is supposed to be a 2-8-0 engine, but the base create bogeys are all i got to work with. Engine based off of Eastern Tennessee & Western North Carolina's Loco from the early 1900s. Schematic includes both Engine and Tender.
