>Requires(in barrel): 8 powered rails; 4 redstone torches; a bunch of cobblestone/cobbled deepslate/netherack.
>It's just everything you need to get started, no unnecessary stuff.
>Easy cart and barrel access.
>To make it more efficient simply add more drills in the front.
>Can also just be used for tunnel making (for example: in the End, or in the ocean)(will require more blocks added manually since it won't be mining them).
