It is a nbt. file so it's compatible with the Create Mod.
This is only the exterior. It is not furnished. I made it a little different from the video tutorial but still mainly the same build.
It needs 16 blocks by 22 blocks of space.

Slight issue, currently only a 1 block tall schematic. Getting literally just the base floor and nothing else.
