Produces around 450 obsidian per hour at base speed (can easily be sped up with two gear ratios to improve rates to ~1400.
Use above a bottomless lava lake in the nether and put honey in the waterwheel slot
Stack a regular minecart and a hopper minecart in the cart assembler to pick up items
