This is part of the "Realistic Scale" series.

This is the first of the "Passanger line" I am building as part of the "Realistic Scale" series. This is a EDM F7-A. The EMD F7 is a model of 1,500-horsepower (1,100 kW) diesel-electric locomotive produced between February 1949 and December 1953 by the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors (EMD) and General Motors Diesel (GMD). It is an iconic streamlined diesel electric loco, most well-known for its service under Santa Fe as the "Super Chief". There will be additional segments to this one including the F7-B loco as well as a few service and passenger cars.
