im not able to put any water bucket into the tank after turning the clutch on in survival mode, with creative i can put it in, but the water also dissapears after a second and nothing is working

If I can recommend you all something to get early game- Not this. Doesnt even work as he says

Works well if you know what your doing. Break one piece of each tank to fix it then place water in the stairs behind the tank so it pulls water after you use one bucket to power the machine. Thanks dude!
