for anyone trying to get this to work
you need to replace the stock keeper ageinst the smart chute
and the 9 pumps above need to be waterlogged
(bucked of water on the pumps )
after start it bye placing a cart on the rail and thowing 1 bucket of lava on the item drain above
and it should satart making cobble in the one barrel under the smart shute
