I don't think I could have possibly compacted this farm any more. Read the signs on the schematic to figure out what needs to go where. Mainly replacing some tanks and putting lava/water in places.

how am i supposed to read the signs on the schematic
When made, the signs don't say anything, they're just blank. Could you maybe make some notes here or make a quick video or something with directions on what needs done?

Thanks for the video, Brambus. It was very helpful! I also had to break the redstone block and replace it in order to get this to work, just in case anyone else still has trouble.
